Check-in is at 4 PM, however if you desire an early check in, please let us know and we will do everything to have your room ready. In the event we are unable to accommodate your request, luggage storage is available so that you may enjoy Ludington.
Cartier Mansion is open year-round. A two-night minimum stay may be required during peak periods. (July – October)
Rates range from $135 to $250 per night.
Rates are quoted daily based on single/double occupancy per room. There will be an additional $20 charge for additional guests.
Children: Many children are too young to appreciate the home and the needs of other guests. Generally, we cannot accommodate preschool children and younger. Children who are guests/visitors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Pets: We love animals, but as a courtesy to guests who may have allergies we do ask you to find other accommodations for pets.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy: We require payment equal to one night’s room charge and tax. If you must cancel and you give us at least seven days’ notice, you will receive your payment back less a $20 cancellation fee. If you do not give us seven days’ notice, you will forfeit your payment. Any remaining balance will be due at time of arrival.
Cartier Mansion Bed & Breakfast is a Smoke Free Environment and as mandated by Michigan state law on May 1, 2010, including all guestrooms, outdoor balconies and public areas. Please inquire as to our designated smoking areas. A $350 fee will be charged to guests who smoke in guestrooms, on balconies or on porches. We do not allow the burning of candles in the Bed & Breakfast because we are a Historical Place.
